Seems like this one is pretty popular. Ashlee Simpson and Eva Longoria both have them. The tattoo design is a small star located on their inner wrist. Just an outline, very simple.

Sienna Miller, Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan also sport star tattoos. Stars aren't confined to wrists, some have them on ankles, some on their back or shoulder or even neck. Kat Von D has stars around her eyes.
